Welcome to Yenye Amani Adventures! We are thrilled to have you as our valued customer. Before you embark on your memorable journey with us, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions.

 

These terms govern your relationship with Yenye Amani Adventures and outline important information regarding your travel arrangements. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment:

 

a. To secure your reservation, the full outstanding balance be paid before the specified due date mentioned in your booking confirmation unless otherwise arranged with Yenye Amani Adventures.

 

b. All prices are quoted in the currency stated and are subject to change without prior notice. Any additional charges, such as visa fees, taxes, or surcharges, will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

 

c. Payments can be made via the specified payment methods accepted by Yenye Amani Adventures. Please note that bank transfer charges or transaction fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

 

a. In the event of cancellation by the customer, 15% of the full amount is non-refundable.

 

b. If cancellation occurs after the full payment has been made, the cancellation policies of each vendor related to the booking will apply.

 

c. All cancellation policies will be communicated to the customer on request. Yenye Amani Adventures will always do whatever in our legal power to help secure refunds for the customers in the event of any cancellations.

3. Travel Insurance:

 

a. Yenye Amani Adventures strongly recommends that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical expenses, lost baggage, and personal liability. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange suitable insurance coverage.

4. Itinerary Changes and Flexibility:

 

a. Yenye Amani Adventures reserves the right to make necessary changes to itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or any other aspect of the tour due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements of equal value.

 

b. Yenye Amani Adventures shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, political unrest, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

5. Health and Safety:

 

a. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in the tour. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before embarking on any travel.

 

b. Customers are required to comply with local laws, customs, and regulations of the countries visited. Yenye Amani Adventures shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the customer's failure to comply.

6. Liability:

 

a. Yenye Amani Adventures shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from personal negligence, accidents, theft, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances during the tour.

 

b. Yenye Amani Adventures shall not be held liable for any third-party services or products, including but not limited to accommodations, transportation, or activities arranged by independent service providers.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

 

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
